MRDDA Consumer Information System (MCIS)

The main objective of MCIS is to provide a program that maintains a centralized, web-based database, to eliminate redundant data entry. The MCIS system is used by MRDDA and other organizations to provide automated tracking of consumer data to support MRDDA Intake, Case Management, Program Management, Day Programs, Client Benefits, Quality Assurance, Residential Services, and Clinical Services divisions.

Training Information System (TIS)

The Training Information System (TIS) was developed to record, manage and track the full-life cycle of MRDDA Training initiatives. TIS provides a wide range of tools for both trainees and administrative staff. By accessing TIS with your web browser, users with access rights can manage all MRDDA related training initiatives, view class rosters, view and edit specific course and student information, and run various types of course related reports.

The Enterprise Management and Planning of Integrated Resources (EMPIR) web-based system is a tool MRDDA developed to support its day-to-day operations. EMPIR provides the ability to manage, plan and monitor MRDDA Staffing, Inventory, Contracts, Projects, Resources, and Human Resources.

Survey Tracking System (STS)

The Survey Tracking System (STS) is a dynamic web based survey generator. The application was Designed for the Department of Human Service’s (DHS) Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities Administration (MRDDA) of Washington DC. The application is used to create questionnaires or surveys which gather user opinions or responses for statistical reasoning.
