MRDDA Consumer Information System (MCIS)
The main objective of MCIS is to provide a
program that maintains a centralized, web-based database, to eliminate redundant data entry.
The MCIS system is used by MRDDA and other organizations to provide automated tracking of consumer
data to support MRDDA Intake, Case Management, Program Management, Day Programs, Client Benefits,
Quality Assurance, Residential Services, and Clinical Services divisions.
